개인정보 처리방침

요약

숨런은 로그인 없이 쓸 수 있고, 로그인하지 않으면 아무것도 수집하지 않습니다. 러닝 기록·위치·건강 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.

로그인을 선택한 경우에만 러닝 기록과 달린 경로가 백업 목적으로 사용자의 계정에 저장됩니다. 광고 SDK는 사용하지 않고, 사용 분석도 수집하지 않습니다.

SOOM+ 구독의 결제는 Apple이 처리하며, 숨런은 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

계정 (선택)

계정은 선택입니다. 만들지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능이 동일하게 동작합니다. 기기를 바꾸거나 잃었을 때 기록을 되찾기 위한 백업 용도입니다.

로그인 수단은 Apple로 로그인과 Google로 로그인 두 가지입니다.

위치

"앱을 사용하는 동안" 권한만 요청합니다. 상시 위치 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
러닝을 시작한 뒤에만 수집하고, 종료하면 즉시 멈춥니다.
로그인하지 않으면 경로는 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.
로그인한 경우, 달린 경로의 GPS 좌표가 백업을 위해 사용자의 계정에 저장됩니다. 이 좌표는 백업 복원 외의 목적으로 사용되지 않으며, 다른 사용자에게 공개되지 않습니다.

Apple 건강

쓰기: 사용자가 허용한 경우에만 완료된 러닝을 건강 앱에 기록합니다.
읽기: 두 가지입니다. 러닝 중 심박·에너지를 표시하기 위해 읽고, 사용자가 "Apple 건강에서 불러오기"를 직접 누른 경우에 지난 러닝 워크아웃(시작 시각·시간·거리·심박·에너지)을 읽어 상대로 세웁니다. 워크아웃 경로(위치)는 읽지 않습니다.
로그인하지 않으면 건강 데이터는 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.
로그인한 경우, 러닝 기록을 백업할 때 그 러닝의 심박(평균·최고·시계열)과 소모 열량이 함께 사용자의 계정에 저장됩니다. 기기를 바꿔도 기록이 그대로 돌아오게 하기 위한 것이고, 백업 복원 외의 목적으로 쓰이지 않습니다. 광고나 분석에는 어떤 경우에도 사용하지 않습니다.
권한을 거부해도 앱의 모든 기능이 정상 동작합니다.

구매와 구독

SOOM+ 구독의 결제는 전적으로 Apple이 처리합니다.

숨런은 카드번호·결제수단·청구 주소 등 결제 정보를 받지도, 저장하지도 않습니다.
구독 여부는 기기에서 Apple이 발급한 영수증으로 확인하며, 그 확인은 기기 안에서 끝납니다. 숨런의 서버로 구매 내역이 전송되지 않습니다.
구독 관리·해지·환불은 App Store 계정 설정과 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다.

무료 체험(첫 러닝 후 3주)의 시작 날짜 하나는 기기와 사용자 본인의 iCloud 키-값 저장소에 남습니다. 기기를 바꿔도 체험이 다시 시작되지 않게 하기 위한 것이며, 숨런의 서버로는 가지 않습니다. 그 저장소는 Apple이 사용자의 iCloud 계정 안에서 운영합니다.

숨런은 사용자를 추적하지 않으며, 어떤 데이터도 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.

처리 위탁 (제3자)

백업 저장과 로그인 처리를 위해 Google LLC의 Firebase를 사용합니다.

러닝 기록과 경로는 전부 국내(서울)에 보관됩니다. 국외로 나가지 않습니다.
국외로 나가는 것은 계정 정보뿐입니다 — Firebase Authentication은 저장 리전을 선택할 수 없습니다. 5항에 따로 고지합니다.
저장된 데이터는 보안 규칙에 의해 해당 계정 본인만 읽고 쓸 수 있습니다.

그 밖의 제3자에게 데이터를 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
광고 SDK와 분석 SDK는 포함하지 않습니다.

개인정보의 국외 이전

러닝 기록과 경로는 국외로 나가지 않습니다. 계정 정보만 국외에 보관되며, 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8에 따라 아래와 같이 알려 드립니다.

러닝 기록(거리·시간·페이스·전적)과 GPS 경로는 대한민국 서울 리전에 보관되어 국외 이전에 해당하지 않습니다.

거부 방법

로그인하지 않으면 국외 이전이 일어나지 않습니다. 앱의 모든 기능은 그대로 동작합니다.
이미 로그인했다면 나 → 계정 삭제로 이전된 데이터를 모두 삭제할 수 있습니다.
이전을 거부해도 앱 이용에 아무런 불이익이 없습니다.

공유 기능

러닝을 마친 뒤 "영수증" 이미지를 만들어 공유할 수 있습니다.

이미지에는 거리·시간·페이스·격차만 담기며 지도나 좌표는 포함되지 않습니다.
공유 여부와 대상은 전적으로 사용자가 정합니다.
숨런은 공유된 이미지를 저장하거나 열람하지 않습니다.

데이터 보관과 삭제

로그인하지 않았다면 모든 기록은 사용자의 기기에만 있습니다.
앱 내 나 → 모든 기록 삭제로 언제든 전부 지울 수 있습니다. 로그인 상태라면 백업된 기록도 함께 지워집니다.
앱 내 나 → 계정 삭제로 계정과 서버에 저장된 모든 기록·경로를 지울 수 있습니다. 이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 앱이 기기에 저장한 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 계정을 지우지 않으면 백업은 서버에 남습니다.
Apple 건강에 기록된 워크아웃은 건강 앱에서 직접 삭제하실 수 있습니다.
백업 데이터는 계정이 유지되는 동안 보관하며, 계정 삭제 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.

Apple Watch

워치에서 단독으로 측정한 러닝은 워치에 저장되었다가 iPhone과 연결될 때 사용자의 기기 사이에서만 전달됩니다. 워치 앱은 직접 네트워크를 사용하지 않습니다. 백업은 iPhone이 로그인 상태일 때만 이루어집니다.

아동

숨런은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다.

Summary

SoomRun works without an account, and if you never sign in, nothing leaves your phone. Your runs, location, and health data stay on your device by default.

Only if you choose to sign in are your runs and the routes you ran stored in your account as a backup. There are no advertising SDKs and no usage analytics.

Apple handles all payment for SOOM+. SoomRun never sees your payment details.

Accounts (optional)

An account is optional. Every feature works the same without one. Its only purpose is getting your runs back after you change or lose a phone.

You can sign in with Apple or with Google.

If you choose Hide My Email when signing in with Apple, SoomRun never receives your real address.
This information is used to identify your account and show it on screen. Nothing else.

Location

We request "While Using the App" only. We never request Always-On location.
Collection starts when you start a run and stops the moment you end it.
Signed out, your routes never leave the phone.
Signed in, the GPS coordinates of your route are stored in your account so they can be restored later. They are used for nothing else and are never visible to anyone else.

Apple Health

Write: with your permission, finished runs are saved to the Health app.
Read: two things. Heart rate and energy are read to display them during a run, and — only when you tap "Import from Apple Health" yourself — past running workouts (start time, duration, distance, heart rate, energy) are read so they can become opponents. Workout routes, and any location data, are never read.
If you don't sign in, health data never leaves your device.
If you do sign in, a run's heart rate (average, maximum and the series) and active energy are backed up with it to your account, so the record comes back when you change devices. It is used for nothing but restoring that backup, and never for advertising or analytics.
Denying these permissions does not limit any feature of the app.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple handles all payment for SOOM+.

SoomRun never receives or stores card numbers, payment methods, or billing addresses.
Subscription status is checked on your device using the receipt Apple issues, and that check stays on the device. No purchase history is sent to SoomRun.
Managing, cancelling, and refunding a subscription follow your App Store account settings and Apple's policies.

For the free trial (three weeks from your first finish), a single start date is stored on your device and in your own iCloud key-value store, so that changing devices does not restart the trial. It is never sent to SoomRun. That store is operated by Apple inside your own iCloud account.

What we never collect

SoomRun does not track you, and none of your data is ever used for advertising.

Processors (third parties)

SoomRun uses Firebase, operated by Google LLC, to handle sign-in and store backups.

Your runs and your routes stay in South Korea. They do not leave the country.
Only account details are held abroad — Firebase Authentication offers no choice of storage region. Section 5 discloses that separately.
Security rules restrict every document and file so that only the account owner can read or write it.

We share or sell data to no one else.
The app bundles no advertising or analytics SDKs.

Cross-border transfer

Your runs and routes never leave South Korea. Only account details are held abroad, disclosed here as required by Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Run records — distance, time, pace, win–loss — and GPS routes are held in the Seoul region and are not part of any cross-border transfer.

How to refuse

Stay signed out and no transfer happens. Every feature still works.
If you have already signed in, Me → Delete account erases everything transferred.
Refusing costs you nothing else in the app.

Sharing a run

After a run you can generate a "receipt" image to share.

It contains only distance, time, pace, and the gap — no map and no coordinates.
Whether and with whom to share is entirely your choice.
SoomRun does not store or view shared images.

Retention and deletion

Signed out, every record lives only on your device.
Me → Delete all runs erases everything at any time. If you are signed in, the backup is erased along with it.
Me → Delete account erases your account and every run and route stored on the server. This cannot be undone.
Deleting the app removes what it stored on the device. The backup stays on the server unless you delete your account.
Workouts written to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app.
Backups are kept for as long as the account exists and are destroyed without delay when it is deleted.

Apple Watch

Runs recorded standalone on the watch are stored there and handed to your iPhone when they reconnect — between your own devices only. **The watch app uses no network of its own.** Backup happens on the iPhone, and only while you are signed in.

Children

SoomRun is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
